great company!

I really enjoyed the products I bought here so far. Currently improving myself on coffee roasting and they not only sent the items in a good packaging and timely manner, they also guided me with each individual beans taste profiles, recommended roasting and blend options. You couldn’t find a better after sales service then this.

great product selection and service

I bought United brand to take my latte art hobby to a new level. Products I ordered arrived in good shape and decently packaged. It was an overall great experience so far. I will be back again since I saw that their products constantly change and I would like to experiment.

[Warning] Avoid this company

Unfortunately, I bought installation service from this company and here is my overall experience.

First installation team drilled without checking my wall for power cabling regardless of my warnings due to lack of professionally and equipments.

After months of back and forth communications, I ended up getting the wall fixed and when I tried to finalize the installation, they are mentioning that too much time has passed and they couldn’t install the items.

Well, then don’t break power cables walls trying to install equipment or get it fixed yourself if you are time dependent. I have a huge box which J am waiting for installation and their customer service is sending an automated mail that they couldn’t support.

Such an unfortunate purchase, avoid this company at all cost.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I see indeed that your complain is handled and finished.
If you want us to install i must advice you to contact your supplier for a new order for installation. Sorry again for all the problem you had whit the delivery and installation.

great value wines

I have been using giordino wine for 3 months and bought 4 boxes so far. Wines and appetizers are really tasty. Their delivery to the Netherlands takes appx. 6-7 days and packaging is pretty nice too.

Be aware! They cancel orders without a notice!

They somehow decided the address that I use to receive the goods were not proper one so that I ended up payin the same amount again and waiting for them to pay me back and also need to reschedule myself for materials arrival again.

The address that they didn't like have been used by Amazon, Aliexpress and others besides Bol.nl

Not happy with that at all and will consider other options next time
