Had a little bit of trouble entering a card for a while (kept getting an error), but once that was sorted I was very happy to be able to support local bookshops when buying online. It would be good to see some images for the inside of books (especially when they are picture or art books), most of the books I’ve bought from the site have only had the front cover.

I had a defect with a Mous phone case I'd had for 2 years (It had saved my phone on multiple occasions, so very happy with the case up until then). I sent a couple of photos to explain the problem and Mous were extremely quick with their response, and replaced the case with a new one in a matter of days. Very impressed with their customer service.

I'm really impressed with 2ndhand. After reading some of the reviews below I was a little concerned, but the fact that all of the reviews had been replied to gave me a bit more confidence, and I'm really glad I ordered through them.

The Chair (Stelcase Think) arrived the day after I ordered it, and is in really good nick. One or two aesthetic marks, but nothing bad, and what I would expect from a second hand item. All the mechanisms are in very good and smooth working order.
As some other reviewers have mentioned, the coasters were not completely clean, but again, nothing I wouldn't expect from a second hand chair. The rest of the chair was very clean with no marks other than the aesthetic marks previously mentioned.

I didn't have any direct contact with 2ndhnd, but their email communications and delivery tracking information were prompt and precise. I'd definitely order with them again.
