Quick to resolve

Had a blade 6 and oche delivered, don't get me wrong the items were damaged and the dart board was used but I contacted premier darts, they sent an item up the next day for us.
It was annoying getting damaged items but they went out their way to quickly resolve.

Scam artists

Rejected vehicle finally returned to ALD thanks to the financial ombudsman.
ALD have to be the most unprofessional group I've ever dealt with. Blatant defect and absolutely unwilling to provide any help whatsoever

It's expensive for what you get

It's expensive to say the least for what you get.
Soap doesn't last long at all ( no more than 5 washes and that's standard wash) and at £7 for an equivalent of 3/4 a bar of soap is way off the charts. Not to mention the £15 pound for the holder itself which is extortionate.
I've started using normal soap and just cutting them to size.
You could argue the Holder at £15 i if your charging a fair price for a bar of soap (sub £2) but their pricing is way off and it 1000% doesn't last 15 washes

We're sorry to hear that your Bob bars are not lasting as long as they should. Each Bob bar provides on average 15 washes (depending on how hairy / size of a person). Across all of our testing, the average man uses one bar every 15 days and each Refill Pack comes with two Bob Bar's, giving you a month's worth of washing.

Scam artists

Good luck if you lease through these scam artists.
Issues with brand new vehicle they want absolutely nothing to do with you. Don't respond. The financial ombudsman aren't much better so Its small claims court for me

Allow scammers to remain active

Company fails to deal with scammers and subsequent complaints regarding scammers but are happy to allow scammers to remain active.

Be aware when using bark people as I've been scammed and bark are allowing the user to remain active and have now refused to respond to my question as to why a scammer is still allowed to operate

No action against scammers

Hi with a scammer on this platform. Contacted them, they have sent an e-mail and that's it. Scammer is still active. Bark is pathetic

Auction prices extortionate for sellers

Your better to sell privately or elsewhere. The auction is reasonable but the cost to sell at Auction is absolutely extortionate. Your minimum of nearly £1000 to sell any vehicle regardless of the value.

The service certainly doesn't reflect on the costs at all.

I would like to add that I did pay for the photographer service but it's all dependent on what freelancers are available and your location, there absolutely no guarantee you'll get one and I didn't so it's actually not car and classics own photographers it's actually freelancers they use.

Selling privately the website is good though. That's what gives it the 3*
The auction is given a pretty low scoring to be honest. 1* or 2*

If your looking to lose over £300 then this is the place for you.

I will be opening my case with the small claims court for mis leading and failing to actually send the item paid for. Looking at the reviews this is just a standard scam.
I'll be trying to reach to founder David Alan HELLIWELL but suspect this as well as the other company is a scam. Plus their accounts are overdue just to add the the sham

Won't go near them again

Hands down the best there is out there.

I used Zurich before which turned out to be the worst platform I could possibly use. Then went to Owen which was good but 212 is on a different level.
