Easy to order, super quick delivery, amazing customer service! I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say??
I get 95% of my Fragrance Oils from here, im aiming for 100%. They're always adding new scents to keep us customer's happy! So im positive ill be getting both my wax and 100% of my oils all from the one place!
Its amazing how their priority is always their customers. Such kind generous people 🩷💫🫶

Now ive had the chance to use all the oils ive purchased and had my customers try them, I absolutely love them and will carry on using them. I haven't came across any scents i can say a negative word about. Ive also started getting my wax aswell, its cheaper than anywhere else I've tried and it's great to be able to get the majority of my stock from the same place.
I need to mention the customer service, Sarah and her team literally go above and beyond for their customers! Helpful with advice, feedback and amazing support.
I can't fault House of Scent atall, I really can't think of anything I haven't been happy about!

Every single order im always so excited for it to arrive! Its just aswell my orders arrive super quick or im sure id have some kinda break down if they weren't! 🤯😆
These people im sure can't be human? 🤔🦾 above and beyond is an under statement!
Don't get me started on the oils and other products! All top quality stuff 100%!
If there's anything that isn't possible by no fault of their own they make sure and keep that smile on your face until they sort things out.
If you haven't joined in with this company I suggest you do and as soon as possible!

I absolutely love this company! I started off trying out some of their Fragrance Oils and im hooked, around 99% of Oils are now from House of Scent. Their waxes are the cheapest you'll find so now I get my wax here too.
Id also like to add that Sarah and Co. really do go above and beyond for their customers. Such a lovely person she is. Her customers are 100% her 1st priority. In this business that's a very rare trait. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about The House of Scent and the team

Very bad attitude!! I suffer from a medical condition, it takes me an extra 2-3mins to answer my door. I also have a sign on my door clearly stating to use my side door.
When i got to my door the delivery man called Ian from Aberdeen threw my parcel at my feet and told me if all his deliveries takes as long as mine he'd be here till midnight - he was very nasty about it! He also complained because he had to turn a corner to use my side door. This is very unacceptable behaviour. I will NOT accept any deliveries from this company again! I notice a lot of people have had similar experiences, doesnt show this company in a very good light does it!! I will be making an official complaint also!!

Good quality products and great value for money. I will be back again soon!
