I had a letter to say I was no longer insured for my dog s o I rang up and explain that I thought it had been payed anyway it was a mistake on my side but the lovly lady shorted out over the phone and my cover was back dated to my original date and carried on she also sorted out my direct debit so found her very polite and helpful

We were made to feel a warm welcome. we said what we wanted and it was delt with and a good price
