I ordered two tyres and only one…
I ordered two tyres and only one arrived. Luckily it was to a fitter who had a ring doorbell and was able to provide evidence of the driver only delivering one tyre then walking away immediately. I raised a ticket with Tyreleader and since then have made feel like the whole thing is my fault, have been asked to contact the courier myself and received absolutely no apology. Eventually after saying that my contract of sale is with Tyreleader not the courier, they said they would raise a ticket with the courier. I asked for a refund or a replacement in the meantime as I urgently need the tyre and was told "we don't do replacements". I have asked for a timeline for when this will be resolved and been told they can't provide one. Still no apology or any indication that it is appreciated that it is over a week later I am still no closer getting the tyre that I paid for. I appreciate that Tyreleader cannot be held responsible for a carrier issue, but they are responsible for ensuring I get what I paid for and that the communication with customer service at least acknowledges that this a problem. Really disappointed and feel totally helpless. Ticket number 2809833.
