Nice bird feeder, delivered promptly. Also ordered some peanut butter feed. One jar was broken when delivered, and was replaced very quickly with no fuss.

Completely hopeless
Completely hopeless. My order was never delivered, multiple requests for a refund were ignored by Debenhams, and I had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to get my money back.
