Ordered 1 tyre after another supplier let me down and only delivered 1 of 2. Arrived within 5 working days, communication not great but apart from that no complaints, would use again if needed

Really terrible service

Really terrible service, I ordered something March 8, it made it through Europe no problem until it hit Ireland, now its going back and forward to Dublin and Kilkenny depots for the last 3 days, every day, the notification says it will be delivered today, then nothing, then delivered the next day etc, someone obviously doesn't know where Meath is located. Communication is rubbish, ill be contacting the seller for a refund if it doesn't arrive before the end of the week.

My first and last time using Oponeo

My first and last time using Oponeo. I couldn't source my hankook tyres off any of my garages so ordered here 18th feb. I ordered 2 tyres in plenty of time to be delivered to my garage, only 1 tyre arrived so had it fitted. First phone call, I was told to wait it normally follows a day or two later, by the third phone call and customer service admitting its lost, I then was asked to email proof of non delivery by their claim dept?! No offer to ship a replacement tyre at any point. I contacted dpd who advised it was up to Oponeo to raise a missing parcel ticket. I chased them for over a week asking for a replacement then asked to cancel the missing tyre as still within 14 day cool off as I was now driving on a spare, finally got through to a different department who agreed to refund me. Absolutely awful experience and poor customer service. Just to note the reply below advising I was kept informed of what was happening regardingthe missing tyre- this is absolutely not true, I had to chase for information and constantly ring and email for updates, at least be truthful with your reply

We would like to clarify that once the missing tyre was reported and confirmed by the courier as lost, a refund for the undelivered tyre was issued within 3 days of your report. Throughout the process, we kept you informed with updates as soon as we received new information from the courier regarding the shipment.
Unfortunately, situations involving lost parcels depend on confirmation from the courier before we can proceed with the appropriate resolution, which in this case was the refund you requested.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and understand how frustrating it must have been, especially when you needed the tyres within a specific timeframe. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us improve our service.

Avoid at all costs-Horrendous customer

Horrendous customer service and network coverage. I rang up to cancel my contract as the network coverage is not existing and after waiting over 20mins in hold, they couldn't find any record of my account number, name, address or mobile number. However they are still able to charge my direct debit every month without fail. The resolution- call back again next week to see if we have found your details. I asked to be transferred to a complaint department, oh there's no one available, asked to speak to billing as if they can charge me surely they have my details, oh no not possible either. I've now escalated my complaint to com reg and cancelled my direct debit, I'm sure they will be able to find my account now when the payments stop. Would give 0 stars if I could

Excellent service so far

Recently switched to Flogas after years with another supplier whose customer service became non existent. So far delighted with the service, Morgan in customer service was very helpful when we had a query and no long wait times on hold. We got free Emerald park tickets when we switched which were a nice surprise and hopefully will stay with them as loyal customers

Ryan came to fix a faulty sensor in our tap, he was very punctual, polite and professional. He had our tap back working in no time! I'd highly recommend Ryan, he's very knowledgeable and thank him for his quick work and professionalism. Avoid- will not recieve product

Placed an order 14th December and to date have recieved nothing. I contacted An Post with the tracking number I received and they have not recieved anything either. I've allowed ample time over the Christmas period for delays over their promised 8 working day delivery. I've emailed the info email with no replies so looks like it's a scam. I will be contacting my bank to try get a chargeback on my purchase.

Excellent pediatric service

Getting an appointment for my baby was so quick, I had one in 15 minutes where my own GP couldn't see us until next week. Dr Rana Ahmad was lovely to deal with and very understanding and reassuring, my son had a prescription in no time. I highly recommend this service.

Dual pricing for renwals

Recieved my car insurance renewal which had increased for no reason. I looked online and if I signed up as a new customer with aig I would get it cheaper. I thought dual pricing for new and existing customers was banned now? When i spoke to the agent on the phone he couldn't explain why i was being quoted 2 different prices as an existing and new customer. Will be making a complaint to the insurance ombudsman, but won't be renewing with them as much cheaper elsewhere. Obviously don't want repeat custom.

Highly recommend

Had our understairs storage unit installed on Tuesday and delighted with it. Very tidy workman ship and good quality. Johnny the fitter was a lovely person to deal with, very courteous and left the place spotless. Thank you to Lourdes in the office, who was not only lovely to deal with but a great help when deciding on a under stair storage company. We had complements on the carpentry already from other tradesmen. Would recommend smart storage.

Still waiting on results nearly 2 weeks on

Really disappointed in the service, I've used lgc in the past for the thyroid test without issues but this time around my experience has been very poor. Staff confirmed my test was received 14/8 and I should get results within 2-5 business days, when this didn't happen I was then told by 26/8. Still didn't happen. I had my doctors appointment and had to have bloods through them as I couldn't get a new prescription without recent blood results. I ordered and sent back my sample in good time with no sign of my results. Now being told it's a technical error but no results in sight. I will not be using lgc again for my samples due to unreliable service

Spinal surgery patient

Went in for spinal surgery in may, was left sitting in a chair for over 6 hours in theatre gown in a public area waiting to go to theatre, was in alot of pain by the time in was called. To top it off the toilet I had to use had no seat on it.

Was not an hour out of theatre and still groggy and the nurse was pulling me out of bed to walk to the toilet, my doctor came in and ordered them put me straight back down immediately. I could stay conscious let alone stand or use the loo.

Requested an extra pillow for my back, no can't have one. I requested a sick bowl as nauseous after anaesthetic, I was given one for 5 minutes then removed, I asked for it back and the nurse never returned, at which point I got sick everywhere, luckily the lovely porter was wheeling a trolley past and assisted me and helped clean me up.

Ward was dirty, was given socks to wear as they didn't like you to wear your own slippers in case of a fall. I was in for a week and my socks were black from the dirty floor, only given 1 pair. Saw cleaners once who were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Toilet and shower were filthy the whole weekend. Public hospitals much cleaner.

Nurses disappeared from 8pm, no checks until the next morning at 7am, my nurse gave me my 2 doses of pain tablets and told me to wake myself up at midnight and 4am to take them. God forbid anything happen during the night as no one was checking.

No natural light or airflow in the ward, so hot you actually felt sick, they had a fan in the corner that was filthy with dust.

The only thing I give credit for is my excellent spinal surgeon, it's a pity he only works out of here as I would definitely go elsewhere.

Told not to lift anything heavier than a jug of water, yet the discharge nurse was more than happy to let me walk out carrying my hospital bag.

Shocked at the standards given its a private hospital. Quick enough to want payment, I had to pay my insurance excess 2 days before my surgery, interesting how this is the 1 area they are very efficient on. Everytime I spoke to someone it was oh that's an extra charge, had I known I'd be sitting in a chair so long I'd be telling my insurer not to pay the bed charges.

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. Recently trying to switch to BOI (my first mistake) as my bank who I've been with years are upping their quartly fees again. I applied online and all seemed OK, recieved an email with bic and iban and an email to say my switch will be completed in 5-7 working days. That was may 16th, switch still isn't completed and no one knows what to do when I call. 30 mins on the phone today to be told I now have to go into a branch? We're have all my personal documents been sent, they haven't a clue what they are doing at all. I feel like telling them to forget it and suck up my banks inflated fees as at least they have proper customer service

Excellent, decent insulation company

Highly recommend this company, john who did the survey was very knowledgeable, gerry in the office was a god send for helping with the grant and paperwork and the installers were absolutely lovely to deal with. The lads saved us a small fortune compared to others companies who wanted to knock down ceilings etc. They didn't try to upsell on things we didn't need or unnecessary work. They did a great insulation job, we are absolutely delighted and Highly recommend them. They won't rip you off, just do an excellent job. The installers were on time first thing in the morning and didn't leave until close to 9pm with a long drive home for them. Excellent lads, brilliant company to deal with.

Thermodynamic panel installation

Excellent experience from start to finish. Aneta in the office along with Una and Sean where very helpful and knowledgeable when enquiring about a thermodynamic panel. The lads installed today and we're polite, quick and had the place spotless afterwards, lovely to deal with. Looking forward to using the unit. I would highly recommend LVP, a really good business, know what they are talking about and excellent customer service.
