Easy to use and easy to understand, prices good

The online website was easy to use and the price quoted was the best I had from a number of sites.

From ordering to receiving my new boots, the process was easy and ultimately quick. I was surprised how quickly they arrived and was so pleased with them, they were as I had hoped and very comfortable from the 1st try on.

Ease of application and ongoing contact was easy and relevant. We managed to get some really experienced, good people contacting us abd delivering what they said

The call was answered quickly, the person listened and explained and the call was quick and easy

Jacket arrived quickly after ordering and was as described. It came up bigger than I thought it would and though I have kept it and worn it, I feel it is not as I expected and overall was a bit disappointed

From ordering to delivery the service from my local store and delivery drivers was excellent. On delivery date they arrived within notified timescales and quickly unpacked, added feet and placed couches where we wanted them, while discussing options, feet were added and the delivery was complete. Very quick and easy with good updates on progress throughout. Thanks for the service and love the couches, colour is perfect and am glad I changed from grey after I ordered.

I recently bought 2 sofas from the Kirkcaldy store and thanks to Sarah for her help. I went in with something in mind and found they did not have the couches I wanted on display. Sarah answered my questions and went out of her way to show me what the sizing was like and we discussed similar products. After a lot of discussion and looking around I ordered what I had originally gone in for. Sarah talked me through everything including timescales, stain products etc. I left the store happy but still unsure of colour as it was very light. Sarah advised I could change colour within a week if I wanted and agreed to email if change was required. Once home and after some discussion I contacted to change colour and this was no problem thanks.

Was not initially sure of done of the jargon and what figures meant but once I went into the whole thing it was relatively easy to complete
