Claire (Team 2D) helpful and efficient.

Claire (Team 2D) was helpful, responsive and communicated clearly. I have had to deal with many different companies in the wake of my Mother's death but Claire at EDF has definitely been the most efficient employee that I have encountered.

I have a disability and was informed that I would need a disabled person's induction. However, I tried to contact the Gym manager via the email link provided (twice) and no one replied.

I am delighted to hear that so many…

I am delighted to hear that so many people have had a positive experience with TMA. Sadly, that is not the experience I have had. I sent a selfie to TMA just over a year ago, received a positive response and was directed to a photography studio in Coventry where I had a very enjoyable studio session. The studio forwarded my photographs, to TMA, there and then and asked me to wait. They then called me in and said TMA were pleased with my photographs and felt I had real potential. The studio then helped me select a range of photographs with which to create a portfolio, which cost over £800.00. A week or so late I was invited to meet Helen at TMA's Birmingham office and paid £280 and signed a three year contract.
I didn't expect to be overwhelmed with modelling opportunities, I am after all over 50, however, after being told I had potential and that the agency would be working hard to get me some modelling work I am more than a little disappointed, to say the least, as I haven't had a single offer of modelling work.

Thank you for this however i think you have the wrong company .

We do not work with any photographic studios and in fact advise totally against people paying for photographs ... Please see our website where we advise against this as not needed to join us or in fact for you to be on the books of agencies .

I also do not myself travel to Birmingham as stated in your report.

I would please ask you to contact me at your earliest convenience as IF the above has been stated by a company to purchase photographs and use my name and the good name of our company to scam people (this has been done many times ) i would like full details so i can report to the police please .

To clarify we do not charge the amounts you have stated above for any services at TMA

I received a prompt response to my …

I received a prompt response to my enquiry, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, and the one who came to look at our Solar system were both very courteous, approachable and helpful and remained so, even after I sent him up into a cobwebby attic to look for a converter that didn't exist and it turned out the fault was simply a tripped switch!
I also received a lot of useful information and advice about how to improve our solar panels performance in the future.
