Incorrect tyre was delivered
Incorrect tyre was delivered. Refused delivery. Customer service take 24hrs to respond and at that don't respond to the ticket raised. When I finally get a reply I am told the correct tyre cannot be sent out, also I have to wait for the returned tyre to be scanned back at the warehouse before a refund can be started. The refund should take between 1 to 2 weeks. Firstly I should have to wait for a warehouse scan as I never took receivership of the goods. Tracking is showing as being returned. Secondly send me what I ordered. Worst and slowest customer service I have experienced. My order was placed on the 11th of March. I still have no tyres and am out of pocket 130 euro. If you do order just hope you get what you ordered otherwise your in for some hardship.
