As a 'paper pensioner' though I find the app and online stuff a bit strange..I tried to get the chat bot on the app to send me a policy booklet through the post; I got replica policy docs, but no booklet. Phoned Customer Services lines were busy and after several minutes I hung up. Will try again soon.

Overall a good experience. Punctual, quick and efficient.
However, Boxt should not offer am or pm appointments if they cannot commit to this.
I asked for, and had confirmed a pm appt. This was changed by the engineer the night before to an am appt.
Furthermore there was very little room offered for movement of appt on the day so I had to change my commitments at the last moment. Disappointing.
