So far after about 6 months I have no complaints, my medication has always been correct and delivered on time.

Peter gave a great presentation, explaining everything to me in detail. I wasn’t rushed at all in any of my decisions.

Drivers always go above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied with the delivery. I’m 70 every delivery I’ve ever had the driver makes sure the wood is where I can manage it.

I sent my friend flowers after her surgery, unknowing she already has flowers sent by her son, as a subscription for a Christmas present. I thought she’d be disappointed, far from it, she was over the moon as the flowers are always fresh and gorgeous. As she’s struggling to walk at the moment she said it was like having the garden in the house. I will certainly be using Bloom and Wild again.
How lovely to have sent flowers that were not a complete disappointment and a waste of money. 😃

Lovely jackets, I purchased a couple in the end as I loved the colours. Perfect for me walking the dogs on the beach in Spring and Autumn. Great quality.

I received an incorrect item before Christmas, I emailed the company but received no reply for a couple of days. When they finally responded they informed me a replacement would not be sent out before they had received the incorrect item back in the post. I would have to pay the postage again to receive my original order trying to get it in time for Christmas. I couldn’t take any chances of returning the item as I would be left without a T-shirt and present for my Grandson. I ended up giving my Grandson the incorrect item for Christmas and although he was happy to receive the gift it wasn’t the one he really wanted.
I didn’t get to speak to anyone about my complaint and feel really let down, needless to say I will never use this Company again.
