I have always been a named driver and my husband the policy holder, but due to recent medical issues,we decided that I would be policy holder and my husband named driver, just to make life easier if "it" happened.
Churchill made this so easy, gave us a great price and also transfer my husband's no claims discount to me.

Engineer called Gasman contacted me on a Sunday, arranged to come at 11.00 on Monday. Arrived on time,quick,polite a joy to have in house,did a cracking job

First attempt at delivery failed and reason given was driver could not find address, 2nd attempt by another driver was fine.
For a delivery driver to say can't find address is unacceptable these days due to satnav etc.

Service was good, product not so good. Needed insurance to start immediately,as needed to go to out, if I could have waited, it would have been cheaper.
Quote was £141 per month, but starting on the day raised that to £180 a month, a big difference.
Tried ringing and speaking to advisor, but was told nothing they could do about it,

Driver delivered to door, was polite , arrived when said they would.
Can't fault service

Never had bad experience with AO or their delivery drivers.
This was a very large American fridge freezer, only just fitted through front door, but could not do turn into kitchen, delivery man decided to take the doors off and got it into the kitchen no bother, re installed doors, cleared up. Took all rubbish, polite and helpful, kept me updated with delivery time.
Price for item very good, very easy to order.
What's not to like ??, no stress at all.

Easy to update policy on line, took a few minutes, no silly questions.

AO deliveries are always good. Even when there is a problem they advise you in good time so you are not hanging about all day. This microwave was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but got a call at 08.00 to tell me that due to a problem would be delivered next day.

Yodel have now missed three delivery dates, was told Wednesday 28/08/24, no show, then it was changed to Saturday 31/08/24, no show, then told 02/09/24 and again no show. Three days wasted I will never get back.
All I want is my purchase, tried live chat to contact Yodel, was just left hanging. Seller having no luck either.
There is not a delivery date displayed now, and it does not even show it's out for delivery, USELESS

Managed to do live chat this morning to an employee called Nitish Kumar, who seemed to be very helpful ( yodel take note please).
Nitish told me as there had been no updates since 28/08/24 that a search would be to locate the item, and I would have a contact within 24 hours.
Hence moved to two stars due to Nitish,s help

Site was very easy to use, until we got to setting up account, as it crashed. All sorted now.
Best quote by far, as insurance f or young drivers is very expensive. Company has good communications.

Easy site to use, had what I required.
Delivery when stated.
If I had one little moan it was that the delivering driver did not check the item as I was instructed they would. I will check it before giving it to the person I bought it for, it's a birthday present.

Delivered when they said they would. Delivery guys very helpful, quick and clean. This Samsung eco bubble replaced on that was nearly nine years old. My wife does a wash nearly every day, so it had done in excess of 2500 washes, and in the end the drum bearing gave out. We never had a problem with it. I hope this one is as good. ( why so many clothes to clean ?, my daughter is a farm worker and wife has horses)

It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been so difficult to set up the AO account. Perhaps it was my tablet but I had to enter everything three times before it worked.

Had the unlucky experience of a skip lorry having its contents blown on to windscreen of car, causing deep and shallow scratches in the wiper arc, so bad that in a low situation it was difficult to see clearly.
Booked to auto glass at Eastbourne as could not be done on the drive. On arrival, the two guys greeted me, inspected the car, said no problem, and I wandered off.
Within the time slot they rang me, said would be ready in half an hour. Went back, car all done, they even went to the trouble of cleaning off someone else's mistake, showed me a suspicious area on old screen that could of been leaking, moved the car outside for me. Said screen would creak and groan as it settles. They were correct, sounds like it was about to exit the car. But got better on way home.
I am not an easy person with customer service, but these two guys were polite, quick, and very professional. They deserve being recognised ( autoglass please take note).
It does not matter if things go wrong now with the screen, as the fitters did their job well.

I cannot give 5 stars simply because only had hoover less than a week.
It went together well, it has been used a couple of times and seems very good, what I expected at the price point.
Time will tell, but happy at moment.
Delivery was rapid, well boxed and had a good charge already in it.
