After promoting mother’s days gifts I ordered the mother/daughter bracelet. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, missing Mother’s Day by well over a week. Finally arrived and the quality is similar to that of cheap Christmas cracker gifts. Customer service is awful, you can return the goods but to AUSTRALIA at your own costs. What a scam of a business! AVOID AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE

Ordered a short trigger from here, arrived well packaged and was happy with the item. Soon realised I needed an adaptor to make it compatible with my older style pressure washer. Even though they didn’t sell this part, they located the specific item required and sent me a link. So much help and assistance it was rather refreshing to experience such high levels of customer service.

Poor descriptions, meaning you don’t get exactly what you want/pay for. Shocking aftercare/customer service. Plenty of online shops now selling various parts that this shambles company sell. At a fraction of the cost. USE ANYWHERE BUT ESPARES!!!

I recently purchased an OLPRO shades awning for my T5 Campervan. I went away this weekend to a VW show and so could use this for the first time. It went up easy, the awning looked brilliant, and it was amazing at keeping the rain and sun out. Equally packed up and went back in the bag nicely.

Whilst at the show I fortunately found the OLPRO stand, my wife had been keen to get one of their 16 piece melamine sets and so selected the style she wanted and we paid and off we went (after briefly chatting to Daniel who was ever so helpful and friendly).
To our disappointment it turned out we had actually picked up the 8 piece set but paid the price for the 16.
I messaged OLPRO and within the same afternoon they had arranged to sent out another 8 piece set to make up to the 16 piece we wanted.

Such great service, professional looking products with the professional customer service level you’d expect.

Purchased an awning, a few days later I was given an update on the order. Except it was an update on someone else’s order! I waited a week and had to chase them to find out where my awning was, they simply told me it was now out of stock. Was given poor alternatives which meant either the awning wasn’t suitable, or I was going to have to spend a couple of hundred quid more.
shocking service, ending up without an awning and just money back after 10 days of giving it to them. I have emailed a complaint but yet to hear back, but I guess i’ll have to chase that up to!!!
