I would have given you full marks, however I could not as you were not as good, as last year.
When I contacted you last year, someone rang me back within 10min I was sorted that day!!
Where as this time, no one rang, all sorted via email, which took 2-3 days.

My gtec was making a noise, Thought it was the brush. Sent an email, with in 10 mins had a telephone call from Jack, who helped me VERY much. It was not the brush, it was the motor. Jack was very good in explaining and putting me on the right path. He was also very patient which these days is rare. Can't praise enough. The Gtec is the best I have ever had!

I gave you a good review, however I received two parcels on two different days. One was delivered by Royal Mail, luckily all intact, but the bag was not actually sealed.

I am vulnerable, as is my husband so absolutely no going out anywhere, my girls use it, so I had a go, the first time took me 1 hour, for my Granddaughter, well worth it, I have used it many times and will do so!
