Always great service from WePrescribe

Always great service from WePrescribe. I switched from Numan once the prices of Mounjaro shot through the roof as I didn’t want to switch to Wegovy so wanted the best price for a legitimate product with a thorough service still. I’m very happy with the service at WePrescribe. Well packaged temperature controlled products, super quick delivery.

The best & nicest electrolytes out…

The best & nicest electrolytes out there in my opinion. I cannot stomach most electrolytes as they taste so artificial and chemically sweet. These ones are nothing at all like that. The Cherry ones are my favourite but the watermelon ones are really nice too. I have one every workday morning first thing, Far more effective than coffee and without the jitters! I don’t drink alcohol, however I can imagine that an electrolyte from here would hydrate wonderfully on a hangover. Packaging is great & funky all around. Great points scheme for customers & always speedy service. As a side note, the chocolate protein powder is delicious! I love stirring it in to a hot coconut milk drink.

Quality clothing, excellent service

I have ordered twice in the past month as my 19 year old son had asked for tracksuits for his birthday (November) & Christmas. Excellent efficient service, well packaged and presented items. Really impressed with the quality & fit of the tracksuits (both different styles). Would buy from here again.

My first time ordering, a tracksuit for my son’s birthday. I wasn’t able to order what he had asked for as it was out of stock in his size. I ordered an alternative tracksuit which I hope he likes. It seems good quality. Service was good & the item was packaged well.

Reliable & friendly

I have always found DPD to be the most reliable and trustworthy out of all the delivery companies. Our usual driver Ivo is friendly, respectful and so efficient. My parcels always arrive when they should & in good condition too. I like the updates through the app and at the moment its a bit fun with the halloween theme on there. Hopefully they do a Christmas theme too!

Non existent customer service!
I cancelled an order within 10 minutes of purchasing which was fine, they emailed me 3 days later to say that they had cancelled the order & that my refund would be with me in 5-7 working days. On the 7th working day, I still hadn’t received my refund of £569 so I phoned them. They told me that they are very busy and to give them an extra day. The following afternoon, no refund! So I used facebook messenger and they told me to give them even more extra time!!! Not acceptable I thought. So I phoned again and was told that the refund team is behind with their work and that I could not be given a time frame of when I would receive my £569 back! Unbelievable that they are quick to take money but won’t give it back! I have had to escalate this with my credit card company now. It is just utterly appalling service and I shall never ever purchase from them again & shall make sure my Husband, who owns a property maintenance company, never buys anymore appliances from them either! The email is very clear and states: “ your refund will be with you in 5-7 working days.” No approximate date, not there or there abouts, WILL!

AVOID!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!
I bought a reusable ceramic lined coffee cup which is really expensive compared to most decent brands here in the UK (Chilly’s, Yeti etc) and it doesn’t retain any heat whatsoever! You have to drink what you made asap as it is stone cold very very quickly! It is not fit for purpose and Dean in the pointless “customer service” department is nothing short of condescending! Twice I have been told the following:
“As mentioned within the above email, a good way to check if the insulating layer is working is to fill the base with lots of ice and water and see if it develops condensation. If you notice this occurring please send through a photo of the condensation so we can make an assessment. Please note, as the lid is not insulated it's perfectly normal for condensation to form on top if the water is very cold.“
I know its not working, I even “preheated” the cup with boiling water before making my coffee to see if that would help & it didn’t!
Dean also said: “We don't guarantee a fixed length of time that the temperature of the beverage will be controlled”.
The lid design makes it very difficult to clean too! Paint has already chipped and have only used it twice!
In short, their cups are over priced and gimmicky, not fit for purpose and customer service is pointless, unhelpful and sarcastic. Do not waste your money! Thankfully I purchased on my credit card so I shall try to claim the money back from them!

Nothing wrong with my order or packaging, quality of products etc. Knocked a star off due to delivery being 4 days later than stated and customer services being blasé about it.

I paid £66.50 for such a small

I paid £66.50 for such a small, unimpressive bunch of flowers partially in bud, 1 mouldy sunflower too, not like the picture shown on the website! I could have bought better from Sainsburys or M&S for £15. Incredibly disappointed at my first and last time using this company!
