Premium products at a decent price

Website is easy to navigate around and find the product youre looking for. Good prices for quality products such as le crueset.
My kettle was decently priced and arrived quickly and was packaged with care meaning the kettle was well packed and not at risk of damage in transit.

Excellent service

I recently purchased a metal sideboard from CFS and price wise they were unmatchable on the Internet.
Once purchased I received regular emails updating me on when the item was in stock and also when delivery would be expected.
Prior to delivery I also received contact emails updating me on delivery date and time.
Im really pleased with my purchase as its really good quality for the price and looks amazing in my back room.
I found CFS to be helpful, friendly and easily contactable throughout the whole process from purchase to delivery.

5 star service

I was kept up to date with shipment details from Furdeco and on the day of delivery the guys called me to let give me a time for delivery. Both delivery guys were smartly dressed in company uniform and were polite and friendly.
Would highly recommend.

Quality table and chairs but not exclusive to Reclaim Nation

Theres no doubt the table and bench i purchased are good quality. Delivery was quicker than I expected and I had my table in around 5 days after ordering.
Everything is well pack and easy to put together and feels good quality. However this isnt exclusive to reclaim nation as I have seen the table twice in different stores locally. Mines called Brooklyn they used different names but exactly the same product, albeit slightly more expensive. In fact a store near me sells the sideboards too. So I was disappointed that reclaim nation dont make the furniture themselves. I was even more disappointed to receive an email saying they had a sale on. I was going to get another bench as mine was £199. However it was still the same price and claimed to have previously been £249. Im saddened by the fact that this is not really a sale but a ploy to get new customers to think theyre getting a bargain when they aren't.
Im also saddened that reclaim make out they recycle wood etc.to make the furniture when in fact its factory made and sold my many retailers with different names.
However it is well made and whoever actually makes it does a good job.
I would have given 5 stars had reclaim made it themselves but average is a fair rating for someone who dupes buyers into thinking they make the product themselves and into pretending to have a sale when actually its just normal price with made up before sale prices to suck us in.

SCAMMERS

Quoted 49 quid and vat on the phone. Lad turned up to open a yale lock (all they need for this is one of those special cards) and he immediately said he had to drill and it would be 125 quid and VAT...so 150. Told him I was quote 49 and vat and he said I could ring the company back to discuss but he charged 125 and vat as per company prices. After a 2 hour wait we paid for him to drill the door and not even replace the lock. The lad was nice enough but the company is a total scam and I will be reporting them.

Excellent customer service

Second time I've had to call BRSK in over 12 months (which shows how good they are) and yet again customer service was SPOT ON. My Internet went down and the lady on the phone, who was polite, friendly and efficient, resolved my issue in under 5 mins.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. They give you a welcome bonus, you use the welcome bonus and win over 190 quid and you can't draw it out because you didn't meet the minimum wage criteria. So u use some of the bonus to meet it and continue and continue until there's nothing left. Then when you add your actual cash and win money you also struggle to get the money back out. Customer service takes 3 days to respond and then they just ignore you.
Closed my account as its a complete scam.

Excellent customer service

Lost Internet connection and contacted BRSK via the website. Agent rang me within 2 hours of me making contact and was extremely helpful and resolved my issue and had me back online within minutes. This is the first time I've lost my connection and it's been during storm Darragh. Very happy with the service I received and the fact that I was called back withing 2 hours on a Sunday and during the storm.

Shower of sh*te

I had a jug advertised on FB marketplace for free and a nice Irish lady enquired about it. To pay it forward and be nice I told her I'd send it to her for free and I'd foot the postage. What a disaster it has been. The parcel sat in a warehouse for 2 weeks and I had to contact evri online. 2 or 3 days later, I had a reply and was told this would be chased up. The tracking then updated to say the parcel was going to be delivered. 1 week later, it hadn't been delivered, and it was sat in a warehouse again. Basically I contacted evri several times. Tracking changed from in transit to delivered to unable to deliver to in transit. It then arrived back at my house, 4 to 5 weeks later, smashed to smitherings. I contacted evri who decided the parcel wasn't covered, and they would refund me the postage. How very nice of them. Lesson learned from this if you want to make someone happy and do something nice, DONT USE EVRI because they're SH*T.

Hidden gem of a garden centre

I didn't know this garden centre was so close to Chatsworth House and it didn't disappoint. So much choice for plants and flowers, shrubs and trees. They had various planters for sale, along with garden furniture....all reasonably priced. Of course if you want a full grown plant/small tree such as an acer, the price will be higher, but we found bargains galore with offers such as 4 for £12 on garden plants. They also have a sale section within the centre and just outside the entrance with plants reduced to as little as £1, and still full of life. They have an extensive indoor area too, selling garden gloves and small tools etc. They also had an onsite cafe, we didn't use it this time but may do next time we're at Chatsworth. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
If you are visiting Chatsworth house this is well worth a visit and is just near Calton Lees car park, however you park within the garden centre grounds and parking is free if you're shopping there.

Reasonably priced gifts

Easy to navigate on the website and chose what I wanted. Prices are very reasonable and I was able to purchase a gift for my friend for £25. I was also able to chose delivery date and the gift arrived in time for her 70th. She loved the bouquet which consisted of small bottle of gin, Lindor chocolates and silk roses. I would have preferred more than 3 chocs in the bouquet though but for £25 it was good value.

Quality box in a bed

I recently bought the box in a bed and a gaming table all for £169. The bed retails higher in other outlets at £50 and up for more so I decided to get direct. They kept me up to date with progress on delivery which took a couple of weeks from ordering but it is coming up to Christmas and we are in a pandemic, so pretty good delivery time I think. The bed and table arrived and I was dubious as to the quality as everything for the bed was literally in the headboard and similar sized box. How wrong I was. The bed is sturdy and comes with everything and it amazed me how they got it all in such a slim box. The bed looks good quality for £99. And my son loves it. Took me 2 hours to get it all together but I did it alone so with someone else it would be quicker. Instructions were very easy to follow and everything was clear. Same with the table which actually took a lot less time to put together. Table is huge and fits a mid sized TV on it with ease. Cup holder, stickers for the sides and headphone holder all easy to put on and again instructions were very easy and clear to follow. So happy with the purchase and my son (who is 10) loves it all

Good quality bed at a good price

Purchased a bed from these guys a few months ago so wanted to wait to do my review. I ordered the wrong bed initially which was my own fault, however the guys had no issues with me and offered me an exchange. A week later the bed came but was not the right bed, this time their fault, but again they replaced the bed with no issues and no extra charges to me. When the bed came I was overwhelmed with how heavy the headboard was and needed help getting it upstairs. There was a minor flaw on the headboard but at this stage I didn't care as the bed is amazing quality, sturdy, rigid and easy to put together. Very easy. Slats on the bed are thick and good quality, however could just do with some more sanding. But who cares. This bed is half the price I would pay in a big store. The sturdiness of it amazes me and it the bed itself looks good and looks like it should of cost a lot more than it did. Customer service was second to none. Don't email as it takes longer for a reply, do the online chat and someone will call you back. And the customer service team are all helpful and will help you out. The young lad that helped me was very polite and did what he promised. I think some of the reviews on here are unfair as I have had minor issues that were immediately resolved. Don't forget you're paying a lot less for a good quality bed here. You'll be dealing with a smaller team than someone like dreams and I am.more than happy with the bed I have got. In fact I LOVE it.

Love the app

Love the app. Easy to use. Easy to add items to sell. Customer service team easy to contact and fast at getting back to you (should you have a problem). However what I dont like is the people that mess you about with a purchase. Once they make an offer you confirm you're happy with the amount they have offered you and then you wait for them to confirm again. Often you have people who use this to hold an item with no intention of buying. And you can end up with 4 people holding a price on whatever you're selling. It would be better if once someone offers a price, and the seller accepts this offer, then the deal is done and they cant change their minds. Also, as a buyer you struggle to get any sort of refund should a seller sell you a defective product. This is something that needs reviewing by the shpock team.
