Relining was a disaster…
It took 3 months and multiple e-mails to get my Belstaff Jacket back. The “full” relining was a disaster - they left the original lining around the zip area and stitched in 2 completely different materials. They also failed to complete the other repairs and won’t answer e-mails. They don’t take credit cards and insist on bank transfers up-front, so the small claims court is the only way to get recourse.
