Ordered jeans on July 4

Ordered jeans on July 4. Website said allow UP TO 6 days for FedEx economy delivery.

Received notice that the package would arrive on the 9th. It didn’t

Well, it is now the 14th. Package is in North Carolina with NO expected delivery date.

I was hesitant to order directly from Lee with no guarantee of swift delivery but took a chance anyway. Well, I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Very disappointing

Do NOT rely on FedEx

Package received at FrdEx North Carolina location on the 5th. Received a text from FedEx stating it would be delivered the 9th.

Called on the 11th because it didn’t arrive. Was given a run around about “well you chose ground service” and “we have 14 days to deliver “ I was also told it would “definitely arrive by the 14th”

Well, it’s the 14th and the package is STILL in North Carolina location with NO estimated delivery date

THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

Long term customer of AAA and we are ready to leave. Our agent retired so we are now in the "pool". Example, I called today as there was a difference between the statement they sent and the actual bill. I was routed to the "800" number and have been on hold for over 45 minutes.

So, using another phone, I called the six mile office where they answered - then routed me back to the "800" number.

So I called the Farmington branch. They answered, but could not help me stating that I had to take to my representative. I told them she had retired, but they still said I had to talk to the Six Mile office.

So much for your long term customers......

Called to make changes to my existing account - which CANNOT be done via poorly written website. Waited on hold for 15 minutes - connected to CELLULAR. That representative said I had to talk to billing and sent me to billing. 30 minutes later a rep answered - only this time it was SALES. Told me I had to talk to billing and, again, said they were connecting me to billing. That was 30 minutes ago and I am still on hold listening to the ads telling me how IMPORTANT I am to them.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH FOR TV, WEBSITE IS WRITTEN FOR NEW ACCOUNTS AND PAYS LITTLE ATTENTION ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF EXISTING ACCOUNT HOLDERS - AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE

Restaurant was clean and staff…

Restaurant was clean and staff efficient and friendly. That is where the compliments end.

Coffee was lukewarm - even replacement cups were not hot. Old Timers breakfast came with undercooked bacon (server said they "blanche" bacon and only crisp it upon request) and fried eggs came out looking poached - snow white, gelatin like, and tasteless. Bacon was not the "thick cut" advertised and even after recooking was still not crisp.

Very disappointing

Their policy of "shipping when THEY think you need it" is terrible. Purchased some onion sets from them in February. We were told that they would be shipped probably in March. We have not received them, so we called. Not only don't they have a shipping date, they cannot connect us to anyone that does. The sets come from the producer and he will ship when "ready".

We have been frustrated by their "ship when ready" policy in the past but decided to give them another try anyway.

NEVER AGAIN

It is now April 6 and we still have not received the onions AND Burpee cannot tell us when they will arrive other than to say "should be shortly"!!!!

It is now April 11. Product not received so we purchased locally. Then we called Burpee to cancel the order.

Guess what?!!? They CANNOT cancel the order. Instead they said to just "refuse delivery"
So, in order to refuse delivery, we have to be home and HOPE we catch the delivery person before the item gets dropped off?? If we put up a sign, would they other delivery personnel (Amazon, FedEx) still drop off the items that we DID want? Burpee can place the order but cannot cancel it? This is not a good way to do business

I crochet scarfs for a charity that…

I crochet scarfs for a charity that supports our troops. I've been shopping at Michaels for my yarn and its ALWAYS a disappointment. The yarn I buy (Simply soft and Soft and Shiny) it rarely in stock, or they only have a couple of skeins - and this is long before the virus struck. So, I tried to order online - same story, no stock.

Finally, out of desperation, I ordered what stock they had. That was two weeks ago. Their online tracking system says the order was "fulfilled" but gives no indication of how or when it was shipped....

VERY POOR and if there was any other place to get my Soft and Shiny, believe me I would go there!!!
