Ordered 2 items 18/12/25 & whilst I appreciate it’s busy this time of year I thought I’d have the items for Xmas…. Needless to say they didn’t arrive & as of now 31/12/25 I still havnt recieved my items. Emails auto generated & when I’ve checked tracking it’s saying awaiting
Instruction. This has happened once before with this company & it wasn’t Xmas it’s hit & miss on the delivery times. Products are good WHEN you eventually recieve them postage they use let them down massively I won’t be ordering again.

Quality goods excellent customer service, I had to return first item as it was too large returning it was easy & re-ordering was too! Very helpful when I rang customer service no complaints

Left on doorstep no notification am still waiting for rest of my order I’m hoping they haven’t left it on step again & it’s been taken

Great workmanship nothing too much trouble, confident to leave them to it would have no hesitation in recommending this company, Plus workmen cleaned up after themselves if I could give them 10 stars I would!

Ordered a Levi jumper it’s taken a month to arrive the quality is cheap & nasty a bit like London Elegance absolute rubbish.Certainly not what was advertised this company need reporting. I usually read reviews before I buy but sadly on this occasion I didn’t. I can’t be bothered sending it back as reading here that also costs & im not spending any more money on this fake website. Avoid at all costs

Quality clothing from a quality shop! This isn’t the first time iv ordered from Fifi & finn so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed, easy to order and prompt delivery. The shorts and top I ordered look beautiful on my little granddaughter now we just need some sun so she can show them off !! I highly recommend Fifi & Finn pleasure dealing with them .

Excellent service from Scotts of stow really helpful customer service team I am partially sighted and a lot of patience was needed with the ordering process I have to give the team 10 out of 10! I was really happy with the products recieved .

Recieved my parcel very quickly and was delighted with the items I ordered lovely quality and so cute! Coat was too big but was able to phone and arrange to have a smaller size sent out. Customer service was excellent really helpful would recommend Fifi and Finn .

So had a really bad first experience with this company but eventually got a refund.This week I thought I’d give them a second chance I ordered my product 2 days ago and recieved it today!! My first order was supposed to be delivered with Hermes and went missing this delivery was with Royal Mail maybe it’s the courier service they go with?? My customer service experience 1st time round wasn’t very good but we got there eventually.I have to speak as I find and I couldn’t fault them this time around.

This is a second review on my order which has still not been resolved.USLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE this company has STOLEN my money and has not had the decency to honour me with a response that is not automated.My order was placed on 23.04.20. As of today numerous automated responses no goods recieved and a company that thinks it's ok to take your money and basically keep it.I will be reporting them to trading standards.Shoppers beware pick a different company because lookfantastic certainly DOES NOT value its customers.

If I could have given no stars I would have.AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING from this site.I ordered on 29.04.20 and still nothing even though it has been with hermes for most of that time who seemed to have misplaced it...Shouldnt be my problem no refund no product automated responses from lookfantastic feel totally ripped off.. AVOID really crap customer service.Still awaiting a resolution.
