I deposited £5k 8 days ago, the money still hasn't appeared in my account
Was informed by email the interest rate would fall unless I funded my account. that date has now passed. Still no money in my account. Phone just rings and cuts off

Update
It took quite a few phone calls and a long time but eventually they sorted it out and compensated me for any lost revenue and added on a £10 Amazon voucher
