NJT_Start of an experiance

What an experience learning and being part of not just travel. You get treated and respected extremely to very high standards and the theme is nobody is better than any other individual. The structure and operation it works on is unbelieveable. I was and still am given all the help and support i was promised after initially feeling sceptical. However they are a company to their word. Its very difficult to be too critical because they are so highly motivated in everything they do ranging from initial recruitment to delivering sales, they clearly do not believe in taking short cuts and provide an ethos im sure many other companies would relish.

I felt Kevin was extremely helpful and informative and he was helpful and put no pressure on me to join. I was very happy to join octopus also because I was not happy with British Gas but the excellent help I received made my whole experience.

Excellent guidance and advice as well being able to find me best deals. Helped me save a lot of money and showed me ways of doing my trip as a package. Certainly would recommend and go back.

Purchasing my Tablet

Very efficient and Liam my assistant at the store was extremely helpful and certainly knew what he was talking about. The whole process went through very smoothly and I get the exact product I've always wanted.

Very Helpful and Professional

I felt the experience was excellent. Was made aware of ideas and given excellent advice and guidance as well as a really great holiday something I found difficult online on my own. The location was warm and comfort and was made aware of all requirements. Finally I was provided with all the nessecary paperwork.

Not Fit to Let

I've been letting a flat at Romans Reading and paying £900 per month. However within 1 week I found several problems with the flat some more serious than others. I reported all the issues with pictures as evidence. I never had any communication within 1 month and found that the head of property maintenence services had left and so was told to resubmit. This very much annoyed me as a further month later im still no further forward.
I constantly keep getting told that the landlord can not be tracked down. This is unacceptable and the service is not fit for purpose with incompetent staff who refuse to ring back or make it as difficult as possible to contact them. I still seem to be going round in circles with no evidence of how they are progressing and dates as to when my jobs will get done. One of my jobs is my mattress is heavily stained forcing me to sleep on the sofa. This is utter disgraceful and for Romans to treat its customers like this... you should hold your heads in shame.
I'm seriously looking at leaving after just 3 months and not paying another penny for rent.

Not the day I wanted !

Rather dissapointed with anyvan on this occasion. I booked 4/5 days in advance and was told I would have somebody to collect for my premium time of 1.00pm.
I rang to check and you had no details of my booking even though I'd had confirmation. I was incredibly stressed as I had all my goods boxed and packed.
To your credit you did organise another driver bur it meant waiting an extra 2 hours.
I understand being late but what I carnt do with is bookings going astray. I would have been left with my stuff all day if I had not rang to check. When I looked into it if was told the job was too small. Drivers go for the big jobs !
I woukd be very nervous to book through anyvan again as I woukd never be sure if you were going to turn up. I need reliability. The gentleman who sorted booking out and the driver I must say did an excellent job, but it was a tough stressful day instead of a positive day.

I was very dissapointed with anyvan

I was very dissapointed with anyvan . They had failed in their service to find me a driver in my initial order. I had all my stuff waiting and nobody bothered to communicate with me and tell me what had happened. It was a very stressful time. However it took a few phone calls and messages before you did find me one bit at a later time than I had paid for. Very dissapointed and worried as to if anuvan will be able to provide a service. Not sure I would choose anyvan.

I quite like match , it finds plenty of people every day. However alot people don't appear to be genuine. Or I get old adverts that are no longer on site.

Not bad .... but ....

Very good just difficult to get on it sometimes and get advertised 30 year pretty women to interest me, but actually have reccomended 50+ not so pretty women.

Dissapointed

I was very dissapointed when I did not get all the products I purchased. It was for a special occasion so it was with alot of sadness that a simple order was not completed. When I enquired the delivery people refused to return.
