I ordered name labels at about lunchtime; they were delivered the next morning in the post. I could not have asked for better customer service. This is the second time I have ordered. The labels are durable and do the job in a variety of materials: clothes, shoes and plastic. I could not recommend more highly.

I cannot fault service I received. My iPad was collected from my place of work, repaired and returned within a week. I was kept up to date of the process via messages and online. I phoned twice to ask questions and on both times my question was answered quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I booked a fitting appointment for children's shoes online. I arrived at the Eastbourne store 10 minutes early and even though I didn't ask for service, I was abruptly told I wouldn't be seen until my allotted time (there were no other people being served in the children's section at the time). However, despite this, Heather came over straight away and measured my son's feet. She was very kind, calm, patient and knowledgeable. I was unsure which shoes to buy but she helped me make a decision.

This is the second time I have used e.surv Chartered Surveyors and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The survey was booked promptly upon payment of the fees and I was contacted by the day before the survey by the surveyor by phone to see if there was anything specifically I wanted him to look into at the property. Completion of the paperwork prior to the survey was quick and easy and the report was emailed to me the day the survey was undertaken. A very good service and I have no complaints again. Thank you.

The survey was conducted very quickly from when it was booked. The report was available the day after the survey and was very clear and comprehensive. Furthermore, I was able to speak to the surveyor afterwards (on the day I phoned to ask for this) to clarify some points in the report.
The electronic system of verifying and obtaining the report was very efficient.
