renewal process

When I renewed my car insurance in February I requested a hard copy be sent . I received nothing until I made another request last week and then received a policy document quoting an inflated premium which I had not accepted and not paid . I am still waiting for the correct documents

registering for the extended warranty was a nightmare

I am happy with my purchase of a vacuum cleaner, but I was totally confused when trying to register for the extended warranty. I had to enter numerous numbers on the items bought and in the end I had to speak to someone in your support team to guide me through the overly complex procedure. Why make it so complex ?

I ordered a replacement section for my…

I ordered a replacement section for my walking pole which arrived very quickly. In fact I did not need the section and after checking with one their staff I returned it and was reimbursed as soon as it arrived back with them. I was very impressed by the service I received.
