Got broken product delivered, got told to pay extra for a replacement.
Ordered a spinning rod, it arrived with a broken top piece.
I emailed asking for a replacement and was told that I will need to pay extra as "it was the last of the series and they will replace it with an upgrade".
Absolutely disgusting to think a company sees a faulty product as an opportunity to squeeze more money out of a customer that has already paid.
