ADT installed an additional alarm and upgraded our existing one. After a false start because the first person said the work couldn’t be completed within the time frame before Christmas, they returned to site to do the work. Eddie Forrest was very thorough, went through all the different scenarios with our team and also our tenants patiently managing the additional complexities smoothly and without fuss. He supported us to put in place new protocols so it was valuable to benefit from his advice and experience.
