I was nervous measuring and fitting my own blinds but I the customer service agents were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I purchased the ‘sure insure’ on all three of my orders and although I didn’t need it, it was worth it for peace of mind! All my blinds arrived within 3 weeks and I fitted them all on my own, if I can measure and fit them, anyone can!! They look gorgeous too, very pleased. Would highly recommend ☺️
