Shipped the bird cage with missing parts. After a month of wasted time, I cancelled the order with my credit card because of the issues, Boy oh boy were they anxious to talk then! I told them to send me a label if they wanted the junk returned. They tried to say that I couldn’t do that but my Discover card rep was awesome and took care of everything. I tossed it all in the trash once I received my money. But I am in several bird clubs and I am responsible for saving over 90 people from purchasing a cage from you, We have an open house this weekend and we have featured the entire nonsense that was involved with you over 4 missing items.

Ordered a bird cage and it came with NO pan or food cups. Chewy says that it's yaheetech, the chinese company says that it's Chewy's fault. If it costs more than $5, don't buy it from yaheetech.

I was given a yaheetech 54 inch cage, but it came with no food cups and no bottom tray. When I was finally able to get through (they blocked my number), I was invited to leave a message. The only time I have had contact with them was through an email where they were demanding a 4-digit code on a box that I had thrown away. Now I am trying to find a tray that will fit, and food cups that will fit. I know my friend meant well, but I wish they had bought a cage from a legitimate company.

I ordered clothes on Monday and paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, they use fedex. So I have paid $15.99 for 3 day shipping and the shipping is still in North Carolina, about 68 miles from where they began. If you want clothing that you can wear, don't buy them from Lee.
If it were possible to leave a negative star rating, I would do that. I made an order WEEKS ago, and it hasn't even left China yet. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 6% of the money that I had spent. Make certain that you use a payment that will help you get ALL of your money back when you also grow frustrated with the weeks and weeks of excuses. DON'T DO IT.

I ordered 7 things which was only 2 different items. Couldn't get it right. The worst part is that I am specific in my order, do not substitute. There is no world where diet pepsi will work for Diet Coke.
I've had to go through 2 separate loan officers and the only thing they managed to do was take my credit from 760 to 500 by repeatedly checking it. Joshua Martinez and Seena Sadr have made this the most impossible process imaginable. Run, don't walk to a legitimate lender. Loan Depot isn't one of them

I wasted 2 months fetching more and more paperwork for a simple loan that you denied after I paid over $800 in fees and expenses. Josh Martinez tried to get me to use over a million dollars worth of collateral for a 35k loan. I've never dealt with a company that was so dishonest, from the appraisal that was incorrect ( don't know why they couldn't use the one that I had just done for insurance oh wait, they couldn't soak me for another $800, right?) to the simple ghosting when they decided that they were finished trying to get money from me. Now I'm wasting more time waiting for someone to call me and explain why they use such wretched help, this place is a scam. Run, don't walk to a legitimate lender.

Scam company. Two day delivery doesn't apply toward the 10-15 days of processing I was informed today. I helped a friend order this for her husband. It was the only thing that he wanted. 20 days later, no product, despite their 2-day shipping written all over their website. It was supposed to be a birthday gift on Thursday. He died this morning. She plans on using it if it ever arrives to pick up the dog poop in the yard.
Never have I dealt with this level of incompetence before. Not only were the illustrations not in color, they even had the pdf markings on them. Don't pay them with anything that won't be able to be re-credited for a refund, you'll need it. Use a local printer- you'll be better off. Just google one, they are every where. The BBB won't even acknowledge them-what does that tell you?
