Both products of high quality, prompt service and delivery. They forgot my adhesive for my bezel, once contacted they posted one out straightaway. Will use them again

Expected delivery on the 6th of April, waited till the 7th sent email no reply or update. Called many times no answer. Blinds arrived and the strings weren't fastened properly to the base on the blinds, spent an hour trying to work out how to mend it, eventually I did. Overall the quality of the blind is good. However customer service and quality of workmanship very poor. Good thing I only ordered for 1 room to trial them. Won't use them again.

Nice quality jacket, I only comment I would make is I'm 5'11 med build the under arms are slightly tight. I think I would've liked to have tried large. Overall very good stylish jacket.
