100% Scam / Fraudulent Activity
A scam by which they charge you pre consultation, ask for your date of birth and identification number, and then don’t call you at the scheduled time. Avoid Weight Loss consultations as they are a scam.

We’re sorry to hear that this was your perception. If you booked a repeat prescription appointment, it does not include a phone call, only the prescription sent after our doctors have reviewed your information about the medicines you are asking for. Please note our doctors are always on time unless an emergency happens with any of our patients which becomes a priority until it is solved. Luckily this situation doesn't happen often.
