Unethical and atrocious company. My husband signed up for a trial and even paid a few quid for it He got an email actually saying 'his trial and services' were ending... act fast! What a crock of S**T, they charged him £99 for a year subscription he never signed up for. They have ignored every email he has sent requesting a refund. Disputing this with the bank and the ombudsman. AVOID AVOID AVOID, plenty of resources on YouTube. Hopefully this garbage company will tank.

I sent back two items for a refund. They refunded me the incorrect amount (£11.97 was taken off). When I raised this, they said they took off '£5 per item for price adjustment'.... what does this even mean?! And also, £5 for each item would equal £10, not £11.97. I've used Lee for years and sent back a few items over the years successfully. This is the first time I have heard of this 'Price adjustment' policy, which is non sensical and not even implemented correctly anyway! I'm in touch with my bank to claim the money back. I won't be shopping with Lee again, their customer service is now rubbish.

We purchased a mirror lamp from Moonlight as it had the most competitive price for the model we wanted. Something went wrong with the delivery (it was taking a long time) and it turns out the parcel had been lost in transit. We got a very speedy reply from Beth when we notified Moonlight of the delay. After finding out it had been lost, she organised a redelivery straight away. Very quick to help and product is great quality, thank you! We will use Moonlight again for sure.
