The service delivered was professional and actually exceeded my expectations. The driver was courteous, polite and helpful. A
good feature was their app and the use of WhatsApp to communicate late arrival from the UK. I was reassured a taxi would be waiting and not to worry, I would happily recommend them too you.

First time ever disposed of flowers on delivery after a few years of using them - poor hub?
Very, very disappointed; 7 roses for £30, one flat and all leaves withered. Disposed of them there was no way I could present them. Quickly went to M&S and bought beautiful flowers.
To be fair I normally use E-Florist as my first choice to send flowers to my Mum and have done for a few years. Flowers are normally despatched from Romsey. These flowers were delivered to Leeds. Perhaps it depends on the hub they come from. However will not deliver to Leeds again but will to New Milton.
