I ordered 2 jelly cats for my granddaughters I didn’t realise you had to request at checkout if you wanted them put in separate bags . Do they arrived in one bag . I got in touch with jelly cats and they said they would post me out one which arrived very quickly . Excellent customer service and sorted out very quickly x

I ordered two jelly cats for my grandaughters Easter present as they love their jelly cats . Unfortunately I was very disappointed to find them put into one bag . There is no way I can give one a bag and not the other one . I have now been told at checkout you can ask for extra bag but I did not see this . A shame as we love jelly cats and always had been a good service . Surely you should have a dust bag per item .

Wanted a new bathroom for ages . Kept dithering about who to have thought we would try wickes .we are so glad we went to them Danny b who designed our bathroom couldn’t have done a better job it is just how I imagined it would be . He was so helpful . And guided us in the right direction . Scott and everyone we dealt with on the Co ordination team kept in touch with us all the time any problems were sorted out immediately . It was customer service at its best Which you don’t often get now days . Also our builders were excellent they worked hard and cleaned up after every visit . Excellent workman ship . I will definitely use wickes at Erith again .

Haven’t used commode yet as having new bathroom fitted in middle of January and will be without a toilet during the day . Have put commode together seems very sturdy . But could be a bit bigger don’t think I could use it long term also seat doesent lift up for cleaning apart from that it has been good service

I Recently found out about arla foods and forcing us to have bovaer in our milk and foods . I am suprised at marks and Spencer joining this trial . They say it doesent get into the milk but when breast feeding a baby as a mother you have to be careful what you eat and drink as it gets into the milk and affects the baby surely this will happen to us drinking cows milk . I now only have organic milk yoghurt and cheese I check any food that has milk in it to see if it is from arla of muller or bovaer fed cows . I hope this trial stops soon and they stop experimenting on us our foods are already tampered with . I am just going more organic it seem a to be the safest way to eat drink now .

I have ordered from this company several times over the last few years . The product never lets me down . My husband has become an expert mouse catcher using these traps . Its always very quick to catch them . Or if we have to go to bed we leave them out in the doorways we always get up in the morning to a caught mouse . Excellent product

My husband bought me a gold bracelet from the bluewater store 18 months ago for our golden wedding anniversary . I only wore this bracelet about six times usually going out for a meal it has not had a lot of wear and tear . But unfortunately it has snapped in half I took it back to the blue water store where the assistant was very unhelpful said the bracelet couldn’t be repaired . It is like a snake bracelet and then inferred I had been putting the bracelet on by pulling it open and not twisting it on I haven’t done that i told her. I usually buy my jewellry at Ernest jones but it has made me reluctant to shop there again . I emailed the customer services to explain what had happened as I don’t think 18 months is very long for a bracelet to last . But I have had no reply very poor customer service

Ordering was easy. A good price as well . The delivery was excellent . We also phoned to ask some questions was very helpful . We ordered the Bordeaux grass we are so pleased with it easy to lay and looks fantastic it looks just like real grass in fact looks better than our lawn we dug up . Our garden is looking so nice now

Brilliant service dean and his second man came out to mend cracked and leaking pipe on radiator it was a difficult and time consuming job . He was very dedicated and did not leave till we had our heating up and running again even though he was working In The dark as our boiler is outside and the weather was terrible . I cannot fault this service . Fantastic
