Our parcel did not arrive as per the estimated time 6 days ago. In fact our parcel has not arrived at all. When we complained to the original seller and to DPD, the seller came back to say that DPD would have to conduct their own review which would take 5-7 working days and then IF we wanted to pursue it we would have to complete various forms for DPD in order for a replacement order to be issued. This was an order for our son, who is understandably upset. We have still had no correspondence from DPD.

Points did not arrive when expected. In fact points did not arrive at all. When I complained, simply told by Target that the delivery company would be doing an investigation which would take 5-7 working days to complete, at which stage IF I wanted to take it further I would have to complete various documents for a replacement order to be reissued. My son, who this order is for, is upset to say the least. A poor after sales service, which is a shame as previous orders have all gone without a hitch.
