Ignoring my emails

Trying to return a product id ordered and decided I didn’t want anymore. But I’ve emailed several times and they are just ignoring me. Don’t bother with them. Such a bad company.

Created an account and made an order

Created an account and made an order. Two hours later they cancelled my order and said I failed security checks. No reason why. Worst company ever. Do not even try to order from them.

DO NOT USE

They have closed my account stating that I have too many refunds when I haven’t ordered from them in over a year. I have queried them and they won’t talk to me. Just keep closing the chat and ignoring me. Worst company ever. Do not use. They will take your money when they want it and then just ignore you when you have a problem. I have been a loyal customer for years. Would order stuff with multiple sizes because you never know what would fit. But would keep the one that fit and return the others. How else you are supposed to online shop when their clothes come up in completely different sizes. Asos does not care about their customers.

Home insurance policy

I bought home insurance through them and set up my account, got my policy number etc and they took the money! When I go to log on a few months later to check my policy documents, there isn't anything there. I speak to them on the 'chatbot' and even though I have a policy number they can't find my policy documents and said it may be bug and they will escalate and get back to me in 24 hours. 24 hours later haven't heard anything obviously! I then try to log on and my account has gone and saying they don't recognise my email account! Speaking to them on chatbot and still can't see anything to do with my policy and is taking an hour for them to reply they just keep saying we are checking the system. I'm pretty sure they keep saying that hoping I will just give up and end the chat. DO NOT USE. They are happy to take the money!!

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Ordered an item and received the wrong thing then they couldn’t create my return form for weeks for some reason and therefore took weeks to refund me my money for something I didn’t even order. Two people on customer service hung up the phone on me because they didn’t want to have to deal with it. No one knew what they were doing on the phone and had to ring at least 10 times to try and get it sorted. Worst company ever and would tell everyone to avoid ordering from them.
