I recently ordered a washing machine from Carters in Hayward Heath. The service was excellent. I chose to have my old washing machine removed & the new on installed. My utility room is tiny but the delivery man had no problem at all. Was extremely helpful & cheery. I wouldn’t use any other company for my electrical goods

Parcel left in pouring rain outside properly I dread of designated safe place inside garage

Hi Gillian, I understand that your parcel was left outside in an unsafe place and it should have been left at a safe place as per Yodel's standard safe place policy. I am sorry to hear about your experience so far and the driver should have been more responsible to follow the correct delivery method and follow the Yodel's safe place guidelines.
