No communication. Waiting over an hour for luggage,no rep…

Waiting over an hour for luggage,no rep to explain the airport staff were on strike,when we reached the hotel and complained to a tui rep about the delay her attitude was a bit disappointing for a tui rep to say the least.

the only bad experience was the cologne…

the only bad experience was the cologne airport, the check in was late,and only one at first,then a half an hour later,a second check in person opened a position,
some people were starting to worry if they would miss the flight.We started to board with minutes to spare.
