I love these meal replacement shakes, as a mum who doesn't have time for breakfast this is perfect they taste delicious and keep me full until lunch time I personally mix mine in a blender just because for me its easier, strawberry is my fav tastes amazing and I have vanilla which is just as nice not too sweet which is ideal for me.
