Delivery was 24 hours later than…

Delivery was 24 hours later than expected, but I was kept up to date with renewed delivery date. we were in on the evening of the revised delivery date but it was just left on the doorstep even though we have a bell which works. We had a photo of the parcel, but that’s mosly For proof that’s it been delivered.

Marvellous transformation

I am absolutely delighted with The Pond Dr and his team. Doug and the team were a little late due to traffic, not their fault, but they rang me. Then everything they did was brilliant, they laid some plastic down to protect the the lawn, they cleared the area where the pre-purchased pond was to go, we had a chat, and after a few hours my wild life pond was finished. It looks beautiful and gives the appearance that it’s been there for years and not just a few days. Doug and his team are very knowledgeable and have a excellent eye for detail and positioning of plants etc. I just wish I could insert the before and after photos. I now have to wait for the wild life to arrive, which Doug assured would happen. All in all I’m a very happy customer and would recommend Dr “Doug” and his team to anyone.

Disappointing products

Mmm, not really impressed by delivery, it was delayed by approx 2 weeks, which I guess was due to Dragons Den, surely they knew the impact it would have on purchases once it had been aired after recording.Also not at all impressed with the smell of the perfume of the two I bought; Wavy Days (masculine?) and night Tales (female?). To insert the deodorant into the casing was fiddly, again something that should have been sorted BEFORE selling. It’s also very annoying, that they do not stand up!! All in all disappointed and will certainly not enter into their reordering programme.

Hi Diane, we're so so sorry with the recent delivery delays. We can assure you that deliveries won't take this long in the future. We're also sad to hear that you're not enjoying your chosen scents. We try to give accurate descriptions but fragrances are so personal. Perhaps some of our new scents will be something you'll enjoy.
