Have returned some clothes and have…

Have returned some clothes and have never received my refund. I have tried contacting them on all the platforms and no one ever gets back to you. Will never use again. This has been over 2 months

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again. I can assure you that the refund for your return will be processed.

Our customer service team is currently handling an unusually high volume of enquiries, which means response times are unfortunately longer than usual. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get back to everyone as quickly as possible.

I have been trying to book an…

I have been trying to book an appointment for weeks and no one ever answers the phone after many left voicemails I still have never received a call back. I have done it online and they have now taken the money off the gift card I had but not booked anything again can’t get a hold of anyone to sort this issue. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I have actually received an invoice…

I have actually received an invoice with someone else’s person details on it. With this it probably means someone has got my details name address etc … not great GDPR

Terrible customer service

I have waited weeks for a complaint to be resolved and I get a call from customer service to ask if they can close my complaint after not actually doing anything and I said no I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. And after this call I receive an email saying my complaint has closed. I still haven’t received a call from the manger .. terrible on going customer service.

Most unhelpful customer service made a…

Most unhelpful customer service made a complaint due to my order not arriving on 2 occasions after paying the £13.99 delivery fee was lied to and just past from department to department asked to talk to a manger I was told they would call me back I am still waiting a week down the line. Won’t be ordering from here again.

DO NOT USE !!

DO NOT USE !!! Worst insurance company ever ! I am now nearly 2 months into a claim and still no further forward it honestly is a joke the way they treat customers calling 5-6 times a day with no outcome ! Same lies same story of somone will call you back and no one ever does ! I still havnt got my car and still havnt got my car fixed horrific company
