To start with, would you please kindly tell us which data (messages/contacts/photos) you want to recover? Our PhoneRescue can help recover lost data back from iOS devices directly, iTunes and iCloud backup. To ensure the possibility of recovery, please kindly try all recovery modes. Meanwhile, please kindly make sure the Internet connection is fine while launching recover process.

Meanwhile, we would like to tell you that if PhoneRescue can scan the data you lost, it can help you find them back. If not, it cannot help you find them back because your data has been overwritten.
