It was straight forward & hassle free with plenty of options for add ons.

Stayed here for my birthday. Room was nice but the en-suite although clean had a odd smell & there were no robes either. Re the facilities.. swimming pool is small & the area did not have enough seating. The fire & ice (which has the different rooms ie crystal room etc ) think was too small and fully booked up. Also dated .And even if you get a booking you only get an hour to spend in there.
However the Spa staff ( Sally) , hotel reception staff & restaurant staff were friendly & helpful. Drinks a bit overpriced but food was great.

My clutch actuator & clutch needed to be replaced. Peugeot , my normal garage, advised that they could not fix my car until maybe September/October. I’m a self employed Driving Instructor, needed my car fixed asap. Peugeot advised me on going to the Specialist A1 Clutches. I had my reservations, especially after reading some of the reviews. But I needed my car back on the road so contacted them. They towed my car to their garage. Ordered the part. There was some difficulty in getting the main part. But Rick went over and beyond & went through another company to get it from abroad quicker. And kept me updated re getting the part. I was advised on a couple of other parts that had been damaged that also needed to be replaced. He had already ordered them in advance. Sent a video re the damaged parts. Once the main part had been delivered Rick got everything fixed & the car ready for me to pick up the following day. A1 Clutches got me
back on the road as soon as they could. Quicker than Peugeot had advised. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the specialists. The communication, whether it was Rick or another staff member was always friendly, clear & fantastic. Thankyou for your excellent service.

My car would not go into gear so called this service. The staff were friendly & clear with what would happen following my call etc . It was a quick response because he turned up in under 20 mins. He was very friendly aswell & towed my car to the chosen destination.
