Easy search and booking facility, great value, especially relative to the location of the property booked which was the new Holiday Inn across from T2 at MAN.

Great communication. Punctual. Friendly guys. A "can-do" attitude, despite the challenges of carrying a large, heavy piece of furniture quite some distance, and up an awkward flight of stairs. Boxmove shows other delivery firms how it should be done.

Generally speaking, I like the balance of choice, quality & value at Sainsbury's more than at any other supermarket, especially with Nectar prices and offers through the app.

However, my local store is the main branch in Warrington on Church Street. The store is in dire need of a complete rebuild; at peak times it's not a pleasant shopping experience as the store is so busy and crowded, especially at the checkouts and scanners where there is no space for the queues and people get very frustrated.

The building is very dated and feels run down and shabby inside, which doesn't reflect the quality which is associated with Sainsbury's. The Cheadle branch for example is a much more pleasant and well kempt store.

If anyone at Sainsbury's reads this, please, please, PLEASE change your self-service scanners. At every other supermarket I have used, the scanners ask "Are you using your own bags?' so that you can easily get on with scanning and packing.

At Sainsbury's, their scanners don't ask, so everytime you start scanning, it's the all too familiar "unexpected item" message because it doesn't like the weight of your own bags.

Staff manning the scanners are constantly running around, often dealing with rather irate customers, and it's apparent (& understandable) that they are feeling the strain as
well as customers; many have expressed the same frustration as I have - if the scanners asked customers to place their bags on the scales before scanning, it would save so much hassle for customers and staff alike.

The Pavers concession at High Legh Garden Centre near Lymm is a great hidden gem.

A great selection of predominantly Pavers and Sketchers footwear, with everything from walking boots and Wellington's, to casual trainers and smart shoes.

Every time I visit there are great deals and sizeable discounts. Staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and passionate to help. It was a pleasure to be looked after by Mary today.

Easy to use website, great value and fast delivery. Phone in better condition than expected.

Great value relative to quality of products. Good service pre-delivery & kept well informed of progress on the day of delivery.

The two delivery guys, Matt & Mark, were friendly, polite & positive.

(Plus they were both easy on the eye!)
