I order a pair of women's boots from wowcher who use Obero. ORDER NO 50598511, ITEM RECEIVED 26/11/2025. ITEM RETURNED 28/11/25 WAS UN UNWANTED ITEM BECAUSE THEY ARRIVED TO LATE.
I requested a return. Return was accepted.
Because I used klarn at the time my My karlna account is still outstanding and I haven't received my refund.
IM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED
I'm still waiting for my refund for a return item. Also I paid for express delivery £7.99 for next day delivery they actually turned up 4 days late.
Parcle already received back to you it went by In post and have a notification it's been delivered.

Ordered a crossbody bag through Tesco Market Place who uses Snug-rug as their supplier on 02/12/25
Had to return the bag to snug rug because it was too big. I requested a return which said Snug-rug - SUNG RUG WILL RESPOND WITH A RETURNS ADDRESS,, 4 days had elapsed still no return request. Nearly a week has passed and still not been refunded.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, one pair of rocket Dogs and the a pair of Kickers. I decided to use Clear Pay, to save paying straight out being so near at Christmas, which was fine.
I had to return the kickers because they were too tight and were not wide enough.
So I decided to IN-POST, which they have now been delivered.
No acknowledgement from MandM Direct and my clear pay account is still showing £37.98 for the Kickers outstanding, when it should be £0.00. The rockets dogs have already been paid for.
Tried to email MandM direct but it’s an no reply email address, and no contact found. I did MandM direct to acknowledge my return so I set my balance to £0.00.
When it comes to returns they don’t seem to want to to give your money back for acknowledge your return.
I use to use these a lot but this will be last time.

Ordered an item on wowcher checked the whereabouts of my parcel and got in international tracking code. Which has now reached to Yodel depot at Gatwick been sitting there ever since 23/11/2025 with no movement on my parcel ever being delivered it should have arrived to day 25/11/2025 and still in transit in other words its not in transit , its stiing in the depot. Can't track yodel as its not a GB tracking code. Don't know where my parcel .
Now Wowcher sent me a replying, thats if they are Wowcher of course .
I can not reply as there no where to reply back on mmmm ??????. makes me wonder considering I had a scam notice come up on my phone stating Wowcher scam alert plus nowhere to contact Woucher directly.

I shut my account down and Flash Discount are still trying to take Money from my account.
Hard luck, the card has been cancelled by my bank. And NO purchases have made.
There is no point trying to take money from someone's account when it's been reported as FRAUD
Please don't reply saying about a purchase because there has never been one. So get your facts right.
Dont bother with this website. It's a scam your statement is b*** S***

Package takes a long time considering it’s being shipped in the Uk Took over 5 days to arrive and tracking never seems to work. The product price however is reasonable.
