My quote and reservation was made in Australian dollars but they charged me in US dollars. In terms and conditions it's stated all transactions are in NZ dollars, very untrustworthy. Reluctant to book on line as companies seem to be only too happy to scam people.

I hired a car through the rentalcars247 web site and was quoted Australian dollars but on my credit card they charged me US Dollars. When reading through their terms and conditions it plainly states that all transactions are in NZ Dollars. How deceitful and and untrustworthy can a company get. Save your money and go with a more reputable company that has a better track record than these guys.

I rang qantas pay 10 times only to be disconnected and hung up on every time. Absolutely hopeless, all I got back was thank you for feedback and they would look into it. If that is how they think of their customers they should have a good hard look at themselves or get another job.

Kept me informed through tracking where our parcel was in transit. The item was as exactly as advertised and we were more than happy with our purchase.

I have been in contact with Kogan and requested a cancellation of their free trial of 14 days of Member First and they still ask me if I want to cancel. They are asoblute idiots to deal with. I paid full price for my purchase and paid shipping which is suppose to be free under First Membership. They are a nightmare to deal with and don't want to repay my money which they fundamentally scammed me out of. People be ware Kogan are not reputable.

Do not join Kogan first, I cancelled after 4 days and got charged $129 for 12 months even though you could cancel before 14 days with no charge.This is an absolute rip off and kogan can not be trusted. My purchase went to full price and paid full delivery charges. Will never buy from Kogan ever again and will continually spread this on social media.

Definitely the worst tyres I have ever purchased. Paid a bit over $1000 for a set of tyres and they are all scalloping and bridgestone say it is just normal wear and tear. ( 30000 ks ) Took my car back to the dealer and they did a wheel alignment which they did when we bought the tyres and they told us the alignment was as good as when they did the 1st time. Will never buy a set of Bridgestone tyres ever again, you pay premium $ to get the mileage out of said tyres ( 50 - 60000 ks ) . Theses tyres will not see the distance so we will be looking elsewhere next time. DEFINETLEY NOT BRIDGESTONE !!!!
