Inaccurate Sizing/Ridiculous Return Policy/Horrible Customer Service!

I ordered what appeared to be a quality blanket/comforter for my full size bed. I’m not sure why the company even lists bed size selections because they are 110% incorrect! What I received wouldn’t even cover a twin size bed, but more accurately a baby crib. Their customer service said, “ I’m sorry for the confusion — our blankets are throw-style and not designed to fully cover a queen-size bed.” So, again, why even offer sizes if just a throw? Completely misleading! Support then shares that I’m welcome to send them back to them in Germany!! Really? Yeah, people really want to return their wrongly known sized item back that would probably be another $30+!? Any the quality of the product is also a complete joke! This is easily the worst item I have ever purchased. Check out their return policy for a good laugh. The company says that will only refund 70% of the items cost will be refunded if opened. How is someone supposed to see what size it is in its sealed plastic bag?? That with returning the item to Germany with high import shipping costs. Long story short… avoid this company like the plague!!

We clearly indicate the exact dimensions of each blanket on our product pages to help guide sizing, but we completely understand how disappointing it can be when the item arrives smaller than expected and doesn’t meet your needs. Muslin blankets are relatively lightweight, and their compact packaging can make them feel smaller at first, which can add to the surprise.

Lee = Poor Customer Service and SLOW SHIPPING! Avoid!

Placed an early morning order at Lee’s website on 4/3/23 and they took a week to ship, then mailed it by messenger pigeon or by foot. It is not even slated to be delivered until 4/22/23. Ridiculous! I blame Lee for their slow shipping, non existent customer support and FedEx for their usual poor service. Lee lost a customer.
