I’ve been with Privilege for many years for both my car and home insurance and have always found them to provide good cover together with reasonable premiums. The local call centres are also excellent, you can always speak to someone who is knowledgeable and helpful, unlike many other call centre these days. The only criticism that I have, is that this year, I found it quite difficult to get to speak to someone to discuss my renewal premium. You have to negotiate a protracted automated sequence in order to get connected. I would have awarded them five stars if the access to a human being was easier.
