Ordered an urgent item yesterday, selected and paid for next day delivery. Have not even received notification of shipment, one day later. Desperate communications. No phone service. Email message brings "we're on it!" response. Repeat email brings the same automated waffle response. Awful.

Update on the following day - still no notification of shipment. Now 48 hours since ordering and paying for next day delivery. Have received an email for special offers, etc, etc. Unsubscribe. Hard to believe how bad this all is.

Update on day 3 - despite having a confirmed order number and paying extra for next day delivery, there is still no shipment notification. Hello, is anybody there? And I don't need anything from your poxy "🟣MEGA Car Mats SALE....Starts Now!"

Day 4 - "cheap car mats" email offer again today. If I take some, will you put the car cover that I ordered 4 days ago and paid for next day delivery for in the package as well?

Day 5 - someone at home after all. Its all Brexit's fault. How is it possible to take an order, take for next day delivery and not even have the item in stock? The window of opportunity has passed. Keep it. Refund the money. I was going to ask for an alternative and would even come and collect it, But the "its Brexit's fault" came in a NoReply email, can't communicate with them. I was in business for 20 years in Ireland. Never treated a customer in such a dirty way. Could I cover the car in today's "Cheap car mats" as in today's useless email, instead of the waterproof car cover I ordered, I wonder?

Day 6 - I can have an alternative if I order and pay for it. Haha, did that and look what (did'nt) happen. Keep it, refund the money.

Day 9 - I cancelled the order last Monday, this is Friday. Now have an email saying the item is with DHL for delivery. ??? Going to be interesting getting the money back. Went onto Amazon on Wednesday, an equivalent item is out for delivery, 2 days later, as committed.

Have received notification of a refund. No more comment for now. As the politicians say, its "sub judice".

End of the line - refund received. And so ends my relationship with Micks Garage.
