Sent a pair of boots with one lace
Sent a pair of boots with one lace, excellent, three emails telling me how committed there supplier’s are in quality control…
There idea of putting this right after telling me there was no option of actually sending me the right laces to match a pair of £150 shoes, was to send me a link to laces that don’t even match the boots and more importantly, a completely different length…
Rubbish customer care, good luck with hoping your goods are correct and intact!
